"I am not a vegetarian because I love animals. I am a vegetarian because I hate plants."Please note that I am of the "live and let live" opinion as far as dietary habits go. Personally, I jump between being a carnivore and an icecreamovore. However, I don't expect my sex appeal to be judged by my dietary preferences. This is yet another thing that pisses me off about PETA. They are just so moralistic and judgmental about those who consume meat, yet some of their biggest supporters don't think it's a big deal to partake in the wacky tobaccy (Kimora Lee Simmons). As a matter of fact, Joaquin Phoenix (who is mentioned in this article) recently admitted himself into rehab due to unhealthy living habits, and PETA thinks he's the bees' knees too because of his vegetarianism. It's just very frustrating trying to justify omnivorous habits in this day and age, but I'm still gonna eat a Big Mac if I want to, but I'll hold the onions. And now, the snotty comments you've grown to love...
Underwood, Martin Are Sexiest Vegetarians

NEW YORK - If only Bo Bice had cut down on the ribs. (Oh, don't go there!)
Carrie Underwood, who beat out Bice to win the "American Idol" crown in May, was voted the "World's Sexiest Vegetarian" in PETA's annual online poll. She shares the honor with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. (I don't know if Gwyneth Paltrow is the jealous type, do you?)
More than 13,000 votes were cast in the contest run by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, the animal rights group announced Tuesday. (And of COURSE they're not biased. NO!)
Underwood, a 22-year-old Oklahoma native, wore a "V for Vegetarian" T-shirt on the Fox show. (Lovely...why do performers promote causes these days? We're not politicians, we're PERFORMERS. If we could hold straight jobs, we would.)
Martin, 28, and his wife, Gwyneth Paltrow made headlines when they gave their 1-year-old daughter, Apple, a vegan birthday cake. (Five'll get you ten, she'll be sitting in a therapist's office in her later years, saying, "All I wanted was an angel food cake! Was that too much to ask? It's low in ch0lesterol, dammit!")
Underwood and Martin beat out other famous veggie lovers including David Duchovny, Reese Witherspoon, Avril Lavigne, Joaquin Phoenix and Prince. (Gee, I didn't know there was a competition.)
Last year, Andre 3000 of OutKast and Alicia Silverstone won the "sexiest vegetarian" title. (Gee, that's really helped their careers too.)
Other previous winners include Tobey Maguire, Lauren Bush and Shania Twain.
