Ruthie's morning adventures...

OK, for all of you who wonder why I am the way I am (or any that even give a good goddamn), this is directly from my sister back in dear ol' Ioway, and her morning adventures with her lovely family. The "breakfast chef" in question is my dear, beautiful niece Chloe, who is a pretty little girl with the mouth of a sailor. Taught her well, huh? Read on, oh faithful ones...

I should have lept through the door to the office today and hollared "Ta Dah" just because I made it.

Chip called to wake me up before 5, mom called me not once but twice to get me up at 5:45 and when did I wake up? Chloe came in at 6 and said isn't it time to get up? And I said, oh just crawl in here a minute and we will get up. I woke up at 6:55 and made it to the front door of the hospital at 7:45 and the kids were dressed! Chloe was making breakfast when I left and I heard this as I was going out the door. "I don't give a damn if you want white frosting or chocolate frosting on the damn graham crackers. I'm putting white on them 'cause I'm making breakfast for you two bums and if you don't like it you can kiss my ass." And this, my dear sister is a direct quote from that beautiful brown-eyed child. And her siblings said...Okay Chloe.

Families are great, huh? Did I mention I have a cat?

P.S. More to come, esp. if you like Ruthie entries...
